Wired and wireless connections in residence halls and University-owned living units

DePauw’s Electronic and Acceptable Use Policy enables DePauw students to connect their own permitted devices to the campus network. All DePauw residence halls and University-owned living units are equipped with Internet connectivity.

* Wired data jacks in Bishop Roberts Hall, Hogate Hall, Humbert Hall, and Longden Hall are not active unless requested.

 

To request a wired data jack be activated for permitted devices, contact the HelpDesk with your name, building name, room number, data jack number**, and the type of device you wish to connect.

 

**Data jacks are typically orange and the numbers are usually written on the wall outlet beginning with “D”.
